CandidatesPrep is a learning management system and exam simulator built for trainers and training organizations. It brings the whole exam lifecycle — authoring a question bank, enrolling candidates, delivering proctored or practice sittings, grading, and issuing certificates — under a single login.
It is designed so one person can run what usually takes a whole exam department: no back office, no stitched-together stack of a content tool, a proctoring vendor, a delivery platform, and a spreadsheet.
Where CandidatesPrep came from
CandidatesPrep began with our founder's own experience. While preparing for a certification, he kept running into the same thing: the practice material bore little resemblance to the exam he would actually sit. The simulators were not simulating anything — none of the timing pressure, none of the restrictions, none of the conditions that decide whether you pass on the day.
The other half of the problem sat on the trainer's side of the desk. Question banks were being handed out as PDFs, form links, and shared documents. Once a file left the author's hands, it was gone: students passed it to classmates, and the people helping those students passed it on again to their own colleagues. For the trainer who had spent day and night writing those questions, that was the whole asset — given away for free, endlessly, with nothing to show for it.
Both problems have the same root. Questions were being moved around as files, when they should never have been files at all.
What we built instead
CandidatesPrep answers both sides at once. Trainers put their question bank in front of candidates without ever handing over the file — the questions are delivered inside the exam, not distributed as a document. The work stays the trainer's.
And candidates sit that exam under the conditions they will actually face: a real countdown, a real question navigator, proctoring, identity checks, screen lock, and tab-switch and second-screen detection. A rehearsal that actually rehearses.
How we think about exam integrity
A result is only worth what you can defend when it is questioned. That is why every proctored session is recorded and reviewable: identity and face-match verification, screen lock, and tab-switch, copy-paste, and second-screen detection are all flagged for review rather than silently trusted.
The goal is not surveillance for its own sake — it is that when a candidate or a board challenges an outcome, the evidence is already on file, and that a trainer's question bank is not quietly leaking out of the room while it happens.
How we price
We do not publish tiers, because the tier is usually wrong. Every feature is included, and we size the plan to how many candidates you actually test and how you run your exams.
