CandidatesPrep is delivered online as a software service. This policy explains how and when you get access to it after payment.
A digital service, delivered online
CandidatesPrep is delivered entirely online as a software service. There is no physical product, and nothing is shipped, posted, or couriered. All delivery of the service is electronic.
When your access is activated
As soon as your payment is confirmed, your organization's plan is activated and access is available immediately through the portal at portal.candidatesprep.com. In the rare case that a manual setup step is needed, we complete it within one business day and confirm by email.
How you access the service
You use CandidatesPrep in any modern web browser, signing in with your organization's account. There is nothing to install, download to keep, or receive by post. Your administrator can then create trainer, sub-admin, and candidate accounts from inside the platform.
Confirmation of delivery
We confirm activation to the email address on your account. If you have paid and cannot access the service, or you do not receive confirmation, contact us and we will resolve it promptly.
Where the service is available
The service is available to customers in Pakistan and internationally, anywhere with internet access and a supported web browser. Availability does not depend on a physical delivery address.
Availability and maintenance
We aim to keep the service available at all times, apart from planned maintenance and events outside our reasonable control. Where we schedule maintenance that is likely to affect you, we aim to give reasonable notice.
